**Your Role**

As an AI Strategy Specialist, you'll be part of the Analytics & AI team across our Direct Insurance Australia (DIA) division, where you'll contribute to the development of AI strategy through identifying opportunities to use AI to enhance business in sales, service, claims and operations.

You'll be responsible for assessing current capabilities and identifying opportunities for AI-enabled solutions, contribute to making the case for AI with compelling narratives and data-driven business cases as well as working closely with risk management to ensure responsible AI deployment by assessing data security, cyber, and ethics risks.

This role will see you identify areas where AI can optimise efficiency, improve customer experience, or introduce new offerings to help establish a vision for AI and generative AI that aligns with the organisation's goals.

**This is a full-time permanent opportunity, based in Sydney.**

**About You**
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, and generative AI projects.
- Proven background in the insurance or related sector.
- Aptitude to grasp and assist in fitting AI solutions within overarching business strategies.
- Familiarity with AI tools, platforms, and languages - while not required to be hands-on, understanding the technical intricacies is crucial.
- Ability to work with, influence, and align diverse stakeholder groups, from technical teams to senior executives.
