**About the role**

As a Product Manager of data enablement within eComX (part of WooliesX), you will play an integral part in bringing state of art data self-serve artefacts for the teams across eComX. This role will be responsible for identifying and creating self-serve data assets for our teams to run the operations and drive key strategic decisions. Responsible for supporting our teams to ensure they can deliver excellent customer and team satisfaction when delivering online orders. This role will deliver change to improve and streamline self-serve data tools across teams and technology and will require robust coordination between online digital operation, commercial, finance, fulfilment operations, logistics, technology and support teams. This is a fast paced, successful and driven team. The successful applicant must have the passion and commitment to improving efficiencies and sustainability of self-serve data assets for our teams that feed into the overall customer first approach.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Maintain the overall roadmap, including ongoing product strategy, product planning, roadmaps and prioritisation
- Develop self-serve data assets together with internal customers to support the overall strategy
- Ownership of resource planning and mapping across initiatives, ensuring all resources are fully occupied.
- Work closely with operations, commercial, finance and technology teams to define and deliver eCom self-serve data/Business Intelligence assets that fits for purpose.
- Manage prioritisation and trade-offs among conflicting business priorities
- Collaborate and influence stakeholders to form an agreed product roadmap for eComX date enablement.
- Facilitate communication and reporting to the Executive and leadership teams on the product agenda and prioritisation of product initiatives
- Financial accountability of Squad investment against value outcome creation
- Own agile product development process from product management point of view
- Develop and implement product strategies aligned with the WooliesX and Woolworths Group strategies
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the product, market, and competition
- Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the market place and identify future technology and/or product opportunities that can be fed into the strategy
- Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features

**Who you are**
- Previous working experience as a Product Manager / Owner with 4+ years of product management experience
- Experience in managing stakeholders from multiple teams
- Proven track record of managing Product Roadmaps, and incremental Customer, Business and Technology benefits
- Strong knowledge and experience in delivering business critical data enablement and BI projects.
- Experience using SQL to help facilitate a clear understanding of data requirements
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Microstrategy in an enterprise environment
- Experience in delivering projects on Microsoft Azure data stack (ADF, Synapse, Analysis services) and Google cloud stack (Big query, Airflow)
- Experience in eCommerce end to end operations and data.
- Experience in Digital organisations with a track record of contributing towards improving the Customer experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology for product development
