IT Service Desk Officer

My client, based in the Sutherland Shire, is looking for a self motivated and enthusiastic service desk analyst to join their team on an initial 6 month contract. Australian Citizenship required and they are looking for people to start ASAP.
Overview
6 month initial contract (Likely extension)
5 days a week on-site between 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday
ASAP start
**Responsibilities**:
Provide level 1 IT triage and technical support
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 1-2 years experience in an IT Service Desk role.
Strong Experience with ticketing systems (ITSM), Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams
Enthusiastic and motivated to provide excellent customer service, learn new systems, technologies and processes
Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting and solving technical issues
Excellent communications skills and an ability to articulate clearly to a varied end user base
Coordinates and works well in a small to mid-sized team
