An exciting opportunity exists to join Zurich’s General Insurance team as an Operations Supervisor on a 12 month contract.

In this key role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Administrators and supporting the Digital Crew (General Insurance) with a key project. Liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders, you will help the team to provide exceptional service to our customers and drive operational excellence across our General Insurance business.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Completing/checking data to ensure accurate records are maintained
- Providing feedback for process improvement
- Identifying and escalating customer issues
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to clarify information and resolve queries
- Lead and manage the Customer Serviced Administrators to maximise team performance and business results
- Support, monitor and report on the delivery of objectives, targets and operational plans

- Previous leadership experience in a Customer Service environment
- Experience within the Financial Service/Insurance sector highly regarded
- Collaborative and solutions focused mindset
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor a team
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in an agile environment
- Competency in Microsoft tools and platforms
