Operational Supervisor

Join a dynamic team as an Operational Supervisor and contribute to the success of our Admissions Department. In this key role, you will oversee the operational supervision of the Admissions Department, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient departmental operations.
As an experienced supervisor with a proven track record in front-line staff management, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, developing and implementing effective processes, and promoting a culture of excellence within the department.
- Demonstrated expertise in Waitlist management, coupled with experience in supervising front-line clerical staff in a health service setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with clinical and non-clinical staff through verbal and written interactions.
- High attention to detail, with exceptional error correction abilities.
