Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

**VCAT**

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including renting, planning, and consumer disputes. VCAT is committed to delivering an accessible service for all Victorians and is transforming our digital products and services to make it faster, easier, and more convenient for people to come to the tribunal.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Regional Services & Support Manager,you will at times work independently or as part of a small, dedicated team, providing customer service to VCAT users and support to VCAT Members in preparation for and during hearings.

The role will be primarily located onsite at the Bendigo Law Courtsbut may be required to work fromany VCAT location, including other regional venues and/or CBD locations, as needed.

This is a full-time, on-site based role.

You will have well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also be passionate about customer service and contributing your broad experience to help VCAT identify improvements to our processes and procedures and to help shape the future of our service delivery.
