The purpose of this role is to pro-actively and effectively manage the RTW system for internal worker’s compensation claims at EML, as well as take the lead on all things relating to Employee Care such as WHS and the Employee Care Program.

This will be a **permanent** position based in the **Sydney** office, with flexibility to work from home.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare and implement RTW strategies regularly within timeframes to achieve the optimum outcome and minimisation of claim costs.
- Proactively oversee and manage all aspects of WHS and Employee Care at EML.
- Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders regularly to facilitate RTW outcomes.
- Complete early contact with stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Engage in policy holder claims reviews and maintain regular contact with internal and external stakeholders.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience working as a RTW Coordinator or similar.
- Experience working in a WHS role.
- Formal qualifications relating to WHS is advantageous
