**Project Scheduler**

**Ventia** have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scheduler to work closely alongside the Telecommunications and Construction teams assigned to install the radio telescopes on the internationally acclaimed **Square Kilometre Array Observatory (SKAO) Project.**

**Key deliverables**
- Optimisation of P6 project schedules and frameworks
- Utilise P6 schedule including tasks, WBS structures, milestones, critical paths, S curves, resources and earned value reporting and CEMAR
- Identify, assess projects risks & form practical solutions
- Carry out look-ahead considering resources and schedules

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in Scheduling on large infrastructure projects I.E Telecommunications, Construction & Maintenance sectors
- Technical proficiencies with **Primavera P6 scheduling software**:

- Able to proactively identify risks and form solutions

**About the project**
**The Square Kilometre Array (SKA**) project is an international effort supported by 16 countries to build the world's largest radio telescopes, led by the **SKAO.**
**Ventia** has been awarded a significant part of the contract and is leveraging our telecommunications capabilities for this exciting project. Our scope includes the provision of power and fibre networks, and the design and commission of a Central Processing Facility (CPF) and Remote Processing Facilities (RPF) at the Australian site. The scheduler will be an integral link to the success of the constructability of critical communications assets.
