We are seeking a hands on Project Administrator who thrives in a varied environment. Your role in the renewable energy team is critical in providing ongoing Project and Administration support, you will be the link between teams ensuring PO have been processed, reports have been complied, flights have been booked and new starters have all there on boarding completed. And the best bit? - you will be helping shape a greener and more sustainable WA

What you will contribute to:

- Coordinates the data gathering from Leadership and Team Administrators for preparation of monthly management reports across Renewable Fuels teams to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
- Performs administrative duties in strategic projects, reporting, workload monitoring and project specific cost control.
- Coordinates the processing of financial accounts for teams across Renewable Fuels.
- Manages Purchase Orders to ensure processing is made within payment terms, liaising with key stakeholders and compiling supporting information to validate PO payments, raises and issues purchase orders for Project Work as required by Project Managers.
- Assists with the tracking of invoice payment
- Tracks Risk Management and Management of Change actions and liaises with other section team members and Managers to ensure timely response
- Work closely with key stakeholders on delivery of Controlled Documents KPI’s
- Provides Administrative support, including to ensure Renewable Fuels are up to date with all processes and procedures across business, supporting new starters, Engineering Projects and other teams as required.
- Arranges Travel bookings and itineraries including processing of Visa’s
- Arranges meetings, conferences and hospitality arrangements and other function management as required.

What you will bring:

- Considerable administration proficiency coupled with the ability to use initiative and exercise judgement particularly working with confidential information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple teams
- Proven time management skills to effectively manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) with an eye for detail, including the ability to prepare written correspondence including briefings and memos on behalf of Leadership group.
