**The role**:
Our career options are as diverse as our people, we all have an important role to play An exciting twelve (12) month opportunity now exists for a Return to Work & Wellbeing Advisor who will play an integral role in supporting the RTW & Wellbeing Lead to implement a robust and comprehensive employee health and wellbeing offering for South East Water, in alignment with the overarching strategic directions of the business.
Working closely with the RTW & Wellbeing Lead, People, Safety & Governance team, wider business and key stakeholders, this role is unique as it supports our employees through work and non-work related injuries, illnesses and wellbeing concerns by managing their cases appropriately.
**Who are you?**:
With demonstrated experience in a similar role in a large and complex organisation, combined with a proven track record of delivering positive outcomes, applicants will hold allied or clinical health qualifications in a physical, psychological or other related discipline or field. With a strong passion for employee health and wellbeing, they will be confident communicators, who thrive on building strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders.
- Significant experience in the co-ordination and implementation of wellbeing programs
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills tailored to meet audience requirements.
- A strong background in Return to work and Work Cover case management is desirable.

This role has been evaluated at a Level 4 and is remunerated between $95 to $108K + super.
