**Your Mission**

As our new **Studio Manager**, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while inspiring our team and delighting our clients.
- **Inspire and Grow Our Team**: You'll guide a diverse group of tattoo artists and staff, fostering a positive and inclusive studio culture. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement and collaboration.
- **Oversee Daily Excellence**: You'll manage everything from studio cleanliness and safety to inventory and appointment coordination, ensuring our operations are efficient and professional.
- **Elevate the Client Journey**: From the moment clients walk in to their aftercare, you'll ensure every experience is exceptional. Your focus on building lasting relationships will drive client loyalty, referrals, and repeat business.
- **Drive Growth and Success**: You'll be responsible for achieving sales targets by expertly upselling and cross-selling our services and products, and you'll exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) like revenue and client retention.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
