Our client is seeking a self-motivated and driven Care Manager to oversee the clinical operations of a 100-bed modern Aged Care facility closely situated to Sydney's CBD.

With close and access from Edgecliff train station, join a professional management team in one of Sydney's leading residential Aged Care residences as an experienced and devoted Clinical Manager - leading an established team of nurses and care staff to provide exceptional levels of care.

Work alongside a close-knit team with an incredible passion for delivering exceptional service in aged care. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your clinical knowledge and expertise as a Clinical Care Manager.

**The Role**
- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 100-bed Aged Care facility in Darlinghurst
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 5 years working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Registered Nursing qualification
