**THE ROLE**

IDP has a complex technical project delivery runway, with a large and diverse internal audience of impacted stakeholders, from student-facing education counsellors through to global leadership.

This role will be primarily focussed on:

- Developing and implementing a best practice change management strategy across the wider business.
- Assessing and identifying the appropriate change and implementation model for the required change

Your key responsibilities will include:
**Change Strategies and Roadmaps**
- Lead change management work streams with a structured methodology / process.
- Development and ownership of change management calendar.
- Evaluate the impact of planned organisational change.
- Identify and managing anticipated resistance to change.
- Align multiple workstreams to deliver a singular voice on change management activities and requirements to the wider business.

**Reporting**
- Define success metrics and measuring performance alongside key project leads.
- Develop internal adoption reporting with visibility to select stakeholders within the business.
- Develop and maintain a change calendar to provide reporting and status updates to management and project teams

**Program Implementation Management**
- Work with digital adoption and learning specialists to develop training, communications and reference materials to support technical releases to the global organisational network.
- Work with network operational implementation leads to ensure change is adopted within the network.
- Ensure regular implementation updates are provided to senior program leadership.

**Change Best Practice Matrix**
- Develop a standardised best practice way of working to guide change management response to future implementation activities.
- Ensure alignment between key business units with understood roles and responsibilities for executing change management processes.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in change management or similar positions is required, as is experience and knowledge of project management best practice.
- Sound understanding of the principles and practices of change management methodologies, principles, techniques and tools.
- Ability to work within a complex, global organisational business environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Good listening and communications skills.
- Project management and planning skills.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Experience delivering projects within a global business setting.
- Experience within the education industry would be highly regarded.
