**About the Role**

As a result of our continued operations, we seek the support of an experienced Transport Company Manager to join our team in Beresfield, NSW.

This position is full-time, working 38 hours a week (guaranteed), plus reasonable additional hours.

**Salary**: $70,000 to $80,000 per annum + super

**Main Tasks**
- Implement processes and procedures to deliver safe, efficient and cost-effective transport/removal solutions
- Run the logistics of the transportation side of business operation
- Identify opportunities and take action to achieve operational and safety excellence
- Develop and maintain high levels of customer confidence in transport services, ensuring goods’ quality and conditions are maintained during transportation
- Liaise with clients for advice on removal rates, vehicle type for each service, and handling complaints
- Manage schedules (bookings for collection and delivery of goods) and daily operational needs including invoicing and administration associated with the arrival, departure, loading and unloading of vehicles
- Other related tasks may also apply.

**Hiring Criteria**

In order to be successful, an applicant must:

- Possess a Diploma level qualification plus 2 years’ work experience, OR 3 years’ work experience in case of no formal qualification;
- Be honest, motivated, reliable and responsible;
- Be willing and able to commit to permanent, ongoing employment in the long-term;
- Have full-time work permission in Australia;
- Be able to work autonomously and under pressure; and
- Possess sound team, management and logistics skills, as well as extensive knowledge and a repertoire in project management (desirable).
