MR Delivery Driver

$250 Per Day

We are looking for a MR licensed Delivery Driver to deliver frozen, chilled and dry goods to customers within the Newcastle area.

You will be working for a contractor of a major food distribution company.

This is a unique opportunity for a limited number of casual days, to suit someone looking for extra income, with more work available over the summer period for the right candidate.

The role will start in November, one day a week (Tuesday) with paid training provided beforehand.

You will start work between 5-6am and finish between 1-2pm. The quicker you get the job done, the earlier you finish

You will need:

  • Efficiency and a high level of accuracy when picking products
  • A good level of fitness, as you will be lifting some heavy items
  • Previous experience and confidence driving a medium rigid, manual truck (you will be driving an 8-pallet truck)
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Good presentation and communication
