Reporting to the Learning and Development Specialist, the** **Training Coordinator will be responsible for the creation of training material and providing training support to new and existing stores. The purpose of the role is to support the training and development efforts within the network.

As the Training Coordinator, you will be accountable for providing training materials and hands on support to the Schnitz network. We are seeking an individual who is a strong communicator, passionate about developing people and the hospitality industry.

**Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:
**The Role Recipe**:

- Development of SCORM training content
- Creation of videos, SOPs, training cards, user guides and other training materials
- Develop and facilitate online training workshops
- Administration of LMS and training reports
- Providing training support to new store openings as well as provide training to upskill current team members (interstate and regional travel will be required periodically)
- Provide support to operations projects as needed
- Deliver coaching and mentoring to the wider network

**Key ingredients**:

- Operational knowledge and excellence in the restaurant or QSR industry
- Experience in new store openings and providing training to a new team
- Ability to create effective training content (knowledge of Articulate 360 highly regarded)
- Tertiary qualifications in hospitality or training (preferred but not required)
- Experience and understanding of food safety, WHS, RSA and first aid with any relevant certifications
- Strong verbal/written communication skills and confidence in facilitating training and workshops
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and deliver quality work to meet deadlines
