**Job Description**:
**Community Support Worker - In Home Aged Care**
- Permanent positions available
- Work-Life Balance (work school hours)
- Significant training & support provided
- Focus on Hoarding clients

**The Position**:
We are currently recruiting passionate and caring individuals who are looking to make a difference in our Aged Care clients lives by assisting them to live at home independently for as long as possible.

**We are looking for an individual who has experience with hoarding clients, mental health & someone who has a no judgement approach to be able to successfully support our clients through change.**

You will be travelling between **Woy Woy to Wyoming** & will need to have some availability during weekdays Monday to Friday between 8am-5pm. (Preferably 2-5 days)

**About the Role**:
Provide quality personalised care to our valued aged care clients in their own homes through services such as:
General household tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, ironing, cleaning bathroom & kitchen, changing beds, hanging up washing etc
- Decluttering, Assistance to organise items
- Supporting people through change
- Personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming and toileting
- Meal preparation
- Social Support
- Respite
- Transport to appointments and shopping etc

**Requirements for the role**:

- Previous experience working with hoarding clients
- Mental health experience
- An Australian driver's licence and a reliable insured motor vehicle is essential
- Reliability and compassion for the elderly
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent - _advantage but not essential, you can complete this through our traineeship program_****:

- Evidence of Flu & Covid vaccinations
