About the role
Lifecare is seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This is a casual role where the hours will vary, and you will be working to support the team in Armadale VIC. This position given its nature is required to deliver a professional and confidential service whilst also demonstrating a high quality of customer service orientation.
In this role you will be
Answering and addressing incoming telephone queries in a timely and polite manner
Supporting the team of Physiotherapists and Allied Health professionals
Scheduling patient appointments and answering general queries
Processing payments, invoicing and balancing daily banking
General housekeeping duties including general tidying of clinic rooms, clinic waiting areas, kitchen clean up and replenishing items in mentioned areas
Various other administrative duties
