Haynes Medical Centre is a Family Practice located in Armadale WA. We are looking to add to our highly motivated team, an enthusiastic and efficient Medical Receptionist.

About the role:

- Working approximately 15-20 hours per week
- Available for possible Morning/afternoon/evening Saturday/ Sunday shifts if rostered.
- Available to cover holiday leave
- Providing a courteous, friendly and efficient reception service
- Answering phone calls in a professional and personable manner
- Managing appointments
- Processing accounts, payments, balancing daily banking
- Other administration/clerical duties

Essential qualities:

- Experience in similar role.
- Delivering quality customer services to doctors, nurses and patients
- Maintaining patient confidentiality
- Happy positive attitude
- Ability to prioritise and use initiative
- Experience with medical software.
