Medical Receptionist

Armadale Central Physiotherapy is a busy physiotherapy practice we are seeking a medical receptionist for an immediate start who:

- has Medical Reception experience - highly desirable though not essential
- Is caring and compassionate of patients but also knows how to respond to conflicts
- Is confident and happy
- Has well developed multi tasking skills and has a High level of attention to detail
- Demonstrates high degree of initiative and is a self starter
- Shifts are varied across a week, requirements below, roster months in advance:

- morning shift 8am to 2pm
- late shift 1.30pm to 7.15pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays a month from 8am to 12pm
- MUST be able to increase hours to cover sick/annual leave
- MUST be able to fill in for sick leave at very short notice

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff and patients are required to have a mask

- Are you able to cover for sick leave at short notice (eg. text/call 6.30-7.00am to start at 8am etc)?

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
