**IT Service Management Lead - Limelight People have been engaged to find an experienced IT Service Management Lead for our global Insurance client.**

IT Service Management Lead - Working as part of our clients service delivery function, you will be an integral part of a building their successful, rapidly growing and global Insurance business in Australia. Our clients technology environment is transitioning from an IT run to an IT change environment, with you involved in driving this transition from the ground up.

IT Service Management Lead - The key focus for this role is IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM): Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management, Event Management, Asset management using the ITIL methodology framework. You will drive Continuous Improvement, promote best practice, build strong business partnership, and facilitate timely communication.

**Role responsibilities**:

- ITIL Configuration
- ServiceNow Implementation
- Drive Continual Service Improvement (CSI)
- Document ITSM and Service Desk processes
- Onboard new services within ServiceNow
- Provide support with implementation and compliance management
- Create missing knowledge base articles, operational support documents and end user information

**Experience required;**
- ITIL
- ServiceNow
- IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Incident, Change, Problem and Configuration Management
- Good communication skills, confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record of continual service improvement, achieving service agreements and with a risk mindset (including policy, standards, and processes).
