**About the opportunity**:
The Professional Experience Coordinator is responsible for a range of activities to facilitate the Professional Experience Program for education students including:

- Manage all administrative aspects of the program including arranging placements, preparing information packs, liaising with schools, and arranging payment of wages and travel claims.
- Maintain relationships with schools to coordinate placements.
- Liaise with students regarding appropriate placements and respond to queries.
- Manage student records and prepare reports for stakeholders.

- An understanding and genuine interest in the education system.
- Very strong relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organisational, project planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize work tasks to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of degree of accuracy.
