We are currently seeking an experienced Scheduler with strong Administration skills to be based in our Bella Vista office.

**The responsibilities are, but not limited to**:

- Scheduling and maintenance of work, creating and maintaining rosters for field team members to ensure client and industry KPI’s are met;
- Liaising with our client and front line security personnel about availability for work and shift arrangements;
- Filling vacant shifts of a given portfolio within set time frames;
- Invoicing, payment submission and reconciliations;
- Compiling various reports using various software including MS Excel;
- Acting as the point of contact for front line staff about shift availability and leave enquiries;
- General administration support.

**To be successful, the following skills, qualities and experiences are required**:

- Strong Scheduling/Rostering and Administration experience;
- Understanding and having the ability to interpret and advise on Enterprise Agreements and Awards;
- Understanding of NSW Leave legislation and Leave entitlements;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal);
- Intermediate computer skills, especially on MS Excel;
- The ability to juggle tasks and work with multiple priorities within given time frames.
