Victorian government department is hiring a Product Owner (SalesForce) to supports the Product Development function in a long-term contract.
**Your new role**
As a Product Owner, you’ll be the key member of the product development team who shapes and prioritises features that match the business goals and user requirements. You’ll also:
- Manage the product development process from vision to execution
- Understand customer and stakeholder needs and align them with strategic goals
- Create and prioritise the product backlog with clear and validated user stories
- Work closely with development and other teams to deliver requirements and resolve issues
- Communicate product changes and updates to stakeholders and seek feedback
- Participate in release planning and communicating business priorities
- Analyse user feedback and performance metrics to measure product value
- Iterate on features based on feedback and changing business needs
- Drive continuous improvement within the development teams
- Represent the business and the customer as the product owner
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
- Experienced Product Owner in government hybrid agile projects
- Familiar with CRM system, Salesforce
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business and technical skills and an ability to learn complex concepts quickly.
- An analytical and collaborative mindset for making informed decisions with stakeholders.
- Above all, you’ll need to have strategic thinking, effective communication, and a deep knowledge of user experience and technology delivery.
