This Government Agency is seeking an experienced a Salesforce Solution Designer to provide technical expertise, guidance and produce designs for various Salesforce initiatives and projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for the high-level architecture through to detailed design
- Define and strategise across the project and its stakeholders
- End-to-end information mapping and gap analysis
- Facilitate workshops with technical delivery and business teams

**Essential skills**:

- 5+ years experience in Salesforce services cloud/case management and Salesforce Communities
- Experience in designing complex Salesforce solutions including experience in API integration and design
- Experience with and analysis of data schemas and objects
- Experienced Lightening web components and UI design with HTML & CSS
- Domain knowledge in Salesforce security features, including access management and general platform administration
