The position of Marketing Officer at Soccer de Brazil is designed to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that promote the academy’s football programs across Australia. The role involves conducting market research, creating multi-channel campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance brand visibility and increase player enrolment. Additionally, the Marketing Officer is responsible for monitoring campaign performance, refining content, and providing insights that support Soccer de Brazil’s mission of youth development and excellence in football.
- Overseeing the execution of multiple marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet objectives
- Analysing the performance of marketing campaigns, reviewing their effectiveness in driving participation and enrolment in the academy’s programs, and implementing improvements for future campaigns.
- Collaborating with sponsors to maximise mutual benefits, while seeking additional sponsorship opportunities to support the growth and expansion of Soccer de Brazil’s programs.
- Organising social and promotional events that foster team bonding and align with Soccer de Brazil’s culture of family and community engagement.
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue, such as through the promotion of new football programs or merchandise, while adhering to budgetary constraints and achieving financial targets.
- Coordinating promotional activities around Soccer de Brazil’s charity involvement and community outreach efforts, enhancing the academy’s reputation and social responsibility initiatives.
- Supporting Soccer de Brazil’s mission of developing players for life, communicating the values of discipline, teamwork, and respect in all marketing content and promotional materials.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with local schools, sports clubs, and community organisations to promote the academy’s football and futsal programs and drive player recruitment.
- Monitoring industry trends and innovations within the football academy sector to ensure that Soccer de Brazil’s marketing approach remains competitive and forward-thinking.
- Presenting market research findings and campaign performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations

**Qualifications and requirements**
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in the marketing field, with a proven track record of successful campaign planning and execution.
- Relevant bachelor or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communication or related area.
- Strong skills and experience in digital and traditional marketing strategies.
- Proficient in using social media platforms for promotional and engagement purposes.
- Enthusiasm to learn and utilise design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator to create marketing materials.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
