**Duties may include**:

- Stock replenishment.
- Processing customer and dealers’ orders and enquiries for spare parts and capital equipment.
- Conduct regular communication with our customers, dealers and sales team to respond to and resolve enquiries.
- Escalating leads to sales team & dealers as appropriate.
- Run monitor and action reports, production reports and shipping reports weekly.
- Analysis of reporting and processes to implement lean processes to streamline process, reduce waste & costs, excess and non-value activities.
- Master-data maintenance, e.g. creating part numbers, updating pricing lists etc.

**About You**:

- Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
- Completion of Year 10 High School
- Drivers Licence desirable but not essential
- Willing to undertake police check and pre employment medical if required
