**About the Company**
Our client supplies high quality materials to the building industry and is looking to appoint a highly motivated individual to join the Customer Service team.

**About the Role**
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will gain exposure into all aspects of the company's Customer Service and Sales processes.

**Your Duties**
- Processing of Orders
- Process corresponding Purchase Orders
- With training, be able to provide Quotes using company supplied tools and measurements
- Take a leading role in coordinating the service delivery process for the Professional Install and DIY (do-it-yourself) products/services offered by the organisation
- Understand that your excellent phone manner and proactive outbound call approach to dealing with professional installation partners and consumers will deliver results in the role

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a technical customer service role
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Experience and comfort in using CRM & ERP’s is a must
- An attitude that demonstrates a willingness to share experiences and assist in training new staff in the use of CRM’s & ERP’s
- Experience with Estimating process or willingness to undertake training in the future will be highly regarded
- Experience or exposure to inventory and or supply chain would be advantageous
