Chain Reaction Foundation (CRF) is a community-driven organisation dedicated to empowering young people, families, and communities through innovative programs that build resilience, belonging, and social cohesion. Our flagship program, Learning Ground, is recognised across Western Sydney for its transformational impact on young people's lives, enabling them to thrive at school, at home, and in the community.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Executive Assistant (EA) to the Executive Director to provide critical support to our leadership team and help drive CRF's mission forward.

Role Description

As the Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, effective governance, and high-level coordination across the organisation. This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and who can handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support to the Executive Director, including diary management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, board papers, and reports for the Executive Director and Board.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, reflecting CRF's values in all interactions.
  • Manage travel, events, and logistics for the Executive Director and senior team.
  • Support strategic projects, philanthropic partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports, presentations, and projects.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of organisational events, including fundraisers, conferences, and community outreach activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain efficient administrative systems.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable preparing professional documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Passionate about CRF's mission and aligned with our values of respect, belonging, and empowerment.
  • Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain).
  • Current Working With Children Check NSW
    (or willing to obtain).
