**About the team**:
Coles Financial Services is building the future of financial services for Australians. Our team is proactive, passionate and future-focused. And we’re backed by some of the industry’s biggest names. Together, we provide leading insurance, credit card, lending and payment solutions for our merchant partners and customers.

**About the role**:
As a Product Owner within the Coles Payment Services team, you will co-design and establish the product strategy and roadmap for the PINPad product and take ownership of the engagement with our Terminal vendors to drive outcomes that are commercially viable.

You will also:

- Manage and prioritise the product backlog to drive ongoing product improvements
- Design, implement and deliver change management activities to support the product
- Undertake the development and documentation of business requirements, business process improvements and end user process mapping
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories and epics to ensure value driven iterative development aligned with the product strategy
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring all change impacts are effectively communicated
- Create and manage a suite of reports that will provide adequate insight into the key performance metrics of the product
- To facilitate and drive workshops with vendors, Brands and business partners to evolve the existing requirements and articulate the TO BE states in order to deliver superior customer experience and a favourable business outcome
- Assist as a business SME for impact assessments and estimations across the broader payments program and industry initiatives

**About you and your skills**:
You will be highly analytical and have knowledge or experience in mapping customer led journeys across different digital channels.

You’ll also have:

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience managing complex key relationships with senior leaders
- Strong experience in project management framework (ideally Agile) with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, output focused environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge or experience of transaction acquiring and payment services.
- Experience as a senior business analyst within financial services
