This business is an Australian owned and operated retail company, with a national footprint of 28 stores and a strong online presence. They specialise in licensed apparel and accessories, offering customers the latest trends in fashion. With a team of dedicated professionals, they are committed to providing excellent customer service and quality products.

**About the Job Role**
This critical role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team of Store Managers across WA/SA. You will be responsible for driving business performance and delivering exceptional customer service in line with company objectives. You will report into the National Operations Manager, working collaboratively to ensure all targets are met. If you are looking for a challenge that provides variety and autonomy, this could be the perfect role for you

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement retail strategies across 11 stores in WA/SA
- Monitor store performance, analyse sales and identify opportunities
- Establish strong relationships with store managers and provide guidance
- Lead by example, ensuring that all stores are compliant
- Develop innovative ways to motivate team and improve service levels
- Oversee recruitment processes, training initiatives and career pathways
- Visit stores to assess performance, add value and evaluate operations

- Proven track record of success in leading a portfolio of stores
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyse data and identify trends
- Experience in developing operational plans & budgets
- Understanding of retail operations, procedures & systems
