**About the role**

Reporting to the National Manager - Training Academy, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of Instructor-Led training content in line with the overall Training Academy strategy.

This high impact role provides exposure across the business. You will partner with varied customers, channels and business leaders across various SBU to design and deliver effective learning outcomes. You will be responsible for the design and development of learning solutions which educate and engage both internal and external stakeholders across their products and services.

This is fantastic opportunity for you to join a performing business. You will be based out of our head office in Clayton. This is a six month contract role.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain all corporate and product related training resources
- Develop content required for pathway education programs
- Devise modes of training assessment and measure effectiveness
- Ensure training material is relevant and up to date across all platforms

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience at the end-to-end development of high quality content learning programs
- Demonstrated experience in developing education and training content
- Experience in developing education and training content for use across modalities, e.g. the face to face and e-learning platforms
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
