**The Position on offer**:
**Who we are looking for**:

- Previous experience within the technology Industry, working with Audio Visual and Videoconferencing/UC equipment is a must
- Experience in understanding of networks is beneficial
- A methodical approach to fault finding, diagnosis and resolution of technical issues
- Programming skills are required
- Ability to work autonomously and make technical decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A sound technical aptitude
- A demonstrated history of reliability, dependability, and trustworthiness
- Ability to forge relationships with clients and become the trusted advisor
- A can-do and flexible attitude towards work
- Willingness to learn and hone skills by attending various training sessions
- Be comfortable in working with hand and power tools if required
