What this job involves
Due to an internal promotion, we are now taking Expressions of Interest for an Assistant Property Manager to join our growing Real Estate Management team in Perth. We are driven to maximise the performance of our client’s assets by developing and implementing commercial property management solutions that enhance value and increase efficiency.
In the position of Assistant Property Manager, you will support a team of property managers and be able to successfully multitask and prioritise various tasks.

**Responsibilities will include**:
Assist with preparation of budgets, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, and graphs.
Assist with monthly reports preparation
Issue purchase orders to contractors.
Monitor and actively pursue rental arrears
Assist in Rent Review process (Fixed and CPI)
Processing of creditor invoices as well as raising sundry tenant recoveries
Assist with production of tenant tax invoices and tenant account reconciliations across portfolios
Liaise with contractors, tenants and landlords as required
General Administration, filing and assistance as required

Desired experience and technical skills
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual seeking a challenging role that will allow you to grow your capabilities. You have exceptional Customer Service & Client Relationship Management skills, have the drive to succeed and are looking for that opportunity to move your career forward with a world class, global organisation This role would suit someone with Property/Leasing experience (Residential or Commercial) or a university graduate.
The key to this role is to ensure that all aspects of our clients’ property are managed efficiently and effectively. You will be the key support person to this team, you will learn and be involved in Financials, Reporting, Strategy, Operations, and the management of the assets of our client.
