The ANZ Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for formulating and executing the internal communications strategy for McCain Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced communications professional to help bring our winning culture and people practices to life at McCain ANZ.

Reporting to the Sustainability and Corporate Affairs Lead, you will work with leaders and stakeholders across the ANZ business to develop and execute internal communication plans and compelling content that engages employees, strengthens the company’s culture, and creates employee advocates.

The ANZ Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all internal communication across ANZ sites and internal platforms is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s goals and values.

This role works with senior leaders and internal teams across multiple sites in the ANZ region to communicate new information and promote our business’ values.

**About the role**
- Develop and deliver engaging internal communications across multiple sites in ANZ to drive employee engagement, enhance connectivity, and positively impact business performance.
- Utilize various communication channels including written communications, virtual platforms (Zoom/Teams), and in-person presentations to ensure clear, consistent messaging aligned with company values and corporate strategy.
- Support the 'Winning Culture' plan by creating internal communication strategies for organizational change, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), employee engagement, sustainability, and other business initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional and global communication teams, as well as HR teams, to develop and execute internal communication plans.
- Ensure internal communication materials are of high quality, accurate, and aligned with company values and priorities.

**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications, marketing, or a related field, combined with 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related experience with content creation and delivery.
- Strong written communication skills including superior writing, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proven experience using a variety of channels to communicate messaging and content for multiple audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, demonstrated by the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high-quality results on time and on budget.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups, showing strong business acumen and judgment.
