**Your Impact**
An exciting opportunity has come available for an Administration Coordinator to join our Heathwood facility, reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager you undertake a variety of day-to-day office, analysis and continuous improvement activities to ensure operations run smoothly, whilst providing support other business functions.
**Key responsibilities**

- Maintains payroll records and updates payroll system
- Maintain and update Learning Management System (LMS) with compliance requirements
- General Support to site with queries & analysis requirements
- Support key projects for the site
- Ensure compliance of labour hire onboarding process
- Streamlines processes and communicates to stakeholders
**About You**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience within warehousing or FMCG - advantageous
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Knowledge of Microsoft office package
- Strong relationship management
