**The Campus**:
We are located on the crest of the Great Dividing Range, 125km west of Queensland’s capital city Brisbane. Toowoomba is largely preserved of its Victorian-era architecture — a perfect setting for our students to learn about history and heritage.
OneSchool Global Toowoomba is a technology-driven school. All students receive a laptop for their schooling with unlimited access to IT support. Most lessons are taught via Zoom by teachers across four OneSchool Global Queensland campuses. Our campus boasts a modern, collaborative and evolving learning environment.
**The Position**:
As the Campus Principal, you will be responsible for the management and professional leadership of the campus on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the delivery of the curriculum with a focus on the student as a self-directed learner, the implementation of the school’s policies and programs and the provision of pastoral care. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.
**In this role you will be expected to**:

- Manage the administration of the Campus.
- Support and respect the School’s Ethos, Values and Guiding Principles
- Provide professional and instructional leadership ensuring the school curriculum is delivered in line with the Australian Curriculum requirements across Years 3 - 12
- In association with the CA and Directors plan the school budget and keep to the agreed budgets
- Focus on enhanced student achievement and engagement for all students across the school.
- Teach as required.
