**About the Role**

Provide an exceptional Resident experience by delivering genuine customer service to our residents. You will also be responsible for being the first point of contact for our residents and ensuring the efficient operation of reception. This is a full-time, permanent position.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Welcome every Resident to Ingenia Rentals, explaining the community, surrounding area, amenities and activities.
- Conducting showings for vacant homes.
- Liaising with prospective tenants and advising of availability.
- Organising exit cleans and other repairs as needed.
- Ensure seamless and efficient move ins and move outs, following correct procedures.
- Lock up facilities including but not limited to office, vacated rooms, common areas and gates.
- Attend to matters including but not limited to noise complaints, community disturbance, washing tokens etc.
- Carry out routine walk around, and perimeter checks to ensure all residents and guests are abiding by site rules.
- Register any issues in terms of housekeeping, maintenance, office, common areas etc.
- Use of computer programmes (Newbook, MS Office) to maintain databases in relation to guests and residents.

- Strong computer literacy skills
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Confident in decision making and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive team player
- Well organised and time conscious
- Confident and proficient at dealing with people.
- Keen eye for detail
