**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure full Auditing of implementation of Systems Procedures & Policies
- Compliance with internal and external GMP and policies
- Maintaining ISO 9001, HACCP, Global Standard for Food Safety, and applicable external customer standards
- Assist in delivering & improving implement Quality Control program
- Be a key driver of Safety Initiatives and programs for the site

**About You**:

- Experience with internal and external auditors
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Conflict and negotiations skills
- Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of quality systems
- Experience within retail/café and food production desired
- Energetic, enjoys working with a team while being autonomous, attention to detail.
- Able to present in real time outcomes and answers to troublesome occurrences relative to position description and role
- Work with chefs, Senior Management, team leaders and staff to ensure food items prepared, presented, and served as per company products specifications.
- Provide professional instruction and guidance relative to the quality and safety requirements.
