**Your opportunity**

The **Data Systems and Compliance Manager** is responsible for ensuring training compliance across Aruma staff. The role requires strong stakeholder management to ensure communication across People Portfolio, maintenance of high-quality data and reporting mechanisms. In this role, you will work as a business partner between the Culture Learning and Capability team and all other Line of Business stakeholders, tracking and reporting training data and ensuring compliance.
- Key responsibilities:_
- Ensure training and assessments are conducted as per the Training Package requirements and any licensing / regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain a training compliance framework that clearly articulates requirements for mandatory and preferred training.
- Map legislative training requirements to ensure content relevance in mandatory training modules.
- Develop and maintain training matrix as required by position.
- Maintains training matrix in centralised format and provide training to Aruma leaders on Mandatory training requirements.
- Analyse training data for the Culture, Learning and Capability Team.
