**About the Opportunity**
This is an exciting career opportunity for an
**EHS Manager **to be based in our
**Beenleigh** plant with 1 week a month in our
**Bundaberg **plant. You will play a critical part in contributing to our vision that “we all go home safe”. As part of a national team and reporting to the APAC Regional EHS & Sustainability Manager, your key responsibilities are:
- Ensuring consistency of EHS management with the National and APAC regional approach; supporting roll out of EHS programs including focus projects on their site/s
- Follow through on incidents, investigations and corrective actions including reporting; as well as contact with regulators and government bodies
- Conduct audits supporting maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification
- Completion of EHS reporting, dashboards and analysis of statistics
- Roll out and compliance with standards, completion risk assessments
- Development of standard work; always taking a risk based approach
**About You**
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the manufacturing or similar industry
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Science or Engineering
- Experience with machine safety, energy isolation and change management
- Enjoy rolling your sleeves up and being very hands on
- Ability to engage workers on the plant floor to senior management
- The ability to work collaboratively with others - a team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Expert computer literacy
