As our Energy and Utility Business Unit continues to grow, we are in need for an experienced Program Manager to join our growing vibrant team based in Queensland

**THE ROLE**

Responsible for managing the delivery of Water Infrastructure program for Urban Utilities.
Build successful relationships with and influence Stakeholders to develop strategies to enable consistent pipeline of works in line with key program objectives.
Lead the delivery operations to ensure the project delivers on quality, time, budget to deliver objectives of growth, consistent performance, zero harm and optimisation.

Develop one team culture and ensure consistent behaviour and execution of works in line with the agreed systems and processes.
The role is to be performed to ensure compliance with The Downer Standard and specifically the role and responsibility as Program Manager as defined under the Program Manager Methodology (DMM), its policies and procedures.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent tertiary qualification highly regarded
- Cert IV or Higher Project Management certification
- Demonstrated experience in:

- Management of safety, quality and environmental issues
- Management of HR and IR issues
- Sub-contractor management
- Financial management and reporting, including budgeting
- Previous team management and leadership experience
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and awareness, with an emphasis working collaboratively and building strong relationships within the Water Services team and across the wider Downer group.
- Proven leadership skills, coaching and mentoring of teams to drive success.
- Being accountable and inspiration others to be accountable for one's own actions
