**About the Role**
We are currently seeking an experienced
**Learning and Development) Training Administrator** to join our Sydney branch, located at
**Beenleigh **on a full-time basis. Reporting to the National Training Manager and working closely with the HSEQ Team.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Embody the ‘Yes We Can’ ethos in all aspects of the role and responsibilities
- Adapt, promote and encourage a Safety First approach
- Administrative tasks to support training and competency processes
- Managing the end-to-end process for targeted training programs
- Driving continuous improvement and best practice for training delivery
- Ensuring staff proficiency levels in accordance with training needs
- Actively coaching and mentoring Training Officers and our Corporate, Branch and Department Level Managers in the scheduling, management and recording of classroom, practical and operational training
- Reporting assistance: course, department, position, overall compliance or as required by business. Develop monthly training reports
- Maintain and update employee data on SupaLearn, Learning Management System
- Filing of employee’s paperwork, including physical hard copies and electronic personnel files
- Working with the National Learning and Development Manager and Learning and Development Specialist to identify and appropriately manage challenging training requirements
- Other tasks as required from time to time
**Skills & Experience**
- 2+ years’ experience in a training administration environment
- Intermediate experience with the Microsoft Suite of programs
- Intermediate experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Seertech Solutions
- Technical expertise in the Seertech LMS
- Proven ability to identify new processes and procedures for the implementation of the LMS.
- Professional approach to handling confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, including the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the business
- Possess a keen attention to detail and accuracy, exceptionally well organised and methodical in approach.
