Based in our new office in High Wycombe, our new Planning Coordinator will be working directly with our field team and management to assist with the continuous support of sites across the Goldfields and WA. We are looking for a highly motivated, driven individual who can provide top quality support and thrives in a fast-paced working environment. Ideally you will be a people person who is confident in their communication skills. You will be able to work with changing and competing priorities as they arise and always ensure you are customer and employee focused

**This diverse role will see you**:

- Plan/Schedule new mobilisation requests and/or changes on our roster
- Liaise with site stakeholders to build our field service capacity
- Assist in the management of Timesheets for Field Service Teams
- Book/Manage flight and accommodation requirements
- Purchasing and invoicing duties as required
- Ensure Mobilisation complies with company policies and procedures

**Suitable applicants will possess the following qualities**:

- Demonstrated experience in operations planning in a fast-paced environment
- Specific mining industry experience is a necessity, preferrably trade based and from a contract mining background
- High Level interpersonal skills and the ability to build and foster relationships with key company personnel and stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage bookings and schedules
- Enthusiasm and commitment to the efficient operation of business
- Excellent time management and organisational skills + the ability to multi-task in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously without direction, as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- The ability to operate at a high-level even when under pressure
- A responsible attitude, with a willingness to be held accountable
- Strong levels of numeracy and literacy competency
- Intermediate level of computer literacy
