**Loulou** is part of Etymon Projects, a hospitality services business pioneering a new level in premium hospitality, luxury accommodation, wellness facilities and retail concepts.

**The Role**
The Floor Team Lead will support the Venue Manager & Assistant Manager in the day-to-day running of our restaurant. You will ensure consistency of product and guest experience, at times taking carriage of the restaurant on the Managers days off, ensuring that our operations are managed effectively by working with the broader team to coordinate the moving parts of the venue day-to-day.

**Experience and Qualification**
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to work 38 hours per week (overtime rates paid for anything above 38)
- 1-2 years’ experience in a F&B environment serving food and beverage (or just be passionate about high quality food)
- Experience working in a team with some supervisory responsibilities desirable but not required.
- Experience working with Point of Sale
- A team player who knows how to collaborate effectively.
- Great time management skills.
