- Manage the Social Media Managers and guide them through team leadership and manage over their team of Video Editors and Graphic Designers to ensure seamless operations and strategy execution.
- Track social media campaigns’ key performance metrics to maximise results and report progress to management.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant social media content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), providing insights to optimise strategies and demonstrate ROI (Return on Investment).
- Maintain client relationship and facilitate cross-selling opportunities
- Provide monthly reports to clients through regular meeting check-ins monthly content planning sessions

**Responsibilities**:
