**The Opportunity**

As a **Property Manager** in our Moonee Ponds office, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 150 properties end to end. By building strong relationships with tenants and landlords you will deliver a first class tenancy experience and unparalleled property management service, with the aim of retaining long standing rentals.

The position is permanent full-time Monday to Friday. The majority of our properties are grouped together, limiting the need to travel between various locations.
- Current Victorian Agents Representative certificate or real estate license is essential
- Must hold a current driver's license
- Previous experience managing your own portfolio
- Familiarity with real estate systems such as Console
- Experience with using the MS Suite of products
- Strong professional interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders from a range of backgrounds
- An understanding of the legal framework for social and affordable housing
- A friendly and calm approach
- Excellent time management skills
- Passionate about affordable housing
