**About the opportunity**

Reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Manager-Milwaukee, your key duties will include:
Key duties
- Delivery of the Demand and Portfolio processes within S&OP for BU
- Develop and maintain effective forecasting models based on available data and inputs from marketing, sales and finance teams.
- Provide insights and recommendations in relation to trends and anomalies
- Contribute to business growth and strategy by identifying areas of improvement and recommending process and forecasting solutions
- Generate KPI reports as requested in regard to purchasing and inventory, feeding into the S&OP process

Skills & qualifications
- 3 years plus of Demand planning discipline in Tier 1 or 2 companies
- Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L relationships
- Experience in External and Internal collaboration
- Demonstrated delivery of CI to improve demand outcomes
- Strong project management skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholder groups
- Advanced Excel including Power Query and Power BI will be highly regarded
