Our cafe Otto operates Monday to Friday serving our patients, their families and our staff.

**About the Role**

As **Barista/Cafe Assistant**, you will work alongside other cafe staff to provide high quality, friendly customer service. Your main functions will include serving customers, preparing beverages and light meals. All duties need to be performed in compliance with Food Safety Legislation and the Food Safety Plan and the hospital policies. This permanent part-time position requires you to work two weekdays 8am-4pm, occasionally covering extra days during periods of leave.

**What you’ll need to join our Team**
- You are an experienced Barista and make an awesome coffee;
- You have a professional appearance;
- You love a friendly chat with customers while you work and have a bright, cheerful and outgoing personality;
- You understand the importance of food safety;
- You have register and EFTPOS experience;
- You have a positive attitude to work, you're reliable and work well in a team environment;
- You can work 8am-4pm at least two days per week; and
- Your customer service approach is outstanding.
