Job Title: Cafe Manager

Location: 22 Walker street Townsville city

Full-Time Position

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe, including staff supervision, scheduling, and inventory control.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service and attention to detail.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet financial targets.

  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment that complies with health and safety regulations.

  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional performance and uphold company standards.

Requirements:

  • must be an Australian resident.

  • Proven experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on creating positive experiences.

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
